Peninsula Hot Springs Awakens This March

In Charles' eyes, Awaken is exciting for the wellness in our region and community. Since its opening in 2005, Peninsula Hot Springs in Fingal has remained a leading force in this space. On the last weekend day of March, it will set the perfect scene for a new chapter in the region's rich wellness offering.

For Charles, he hopes the main visitor takeaways from Awaken will be inspiration and friendship. 'I hope that we will be able to build new friendships with other people.' He also hopes the event will strengthen the notion that we are all connected, and not alone. ‘At the end of the day, I want people to have a feeling of wholeness and happiness,’ he said.

Throughout Awaken, it will aptly be all about reawakening the senses. Charles speaks about the experiences of tasting good food, breathing in the fresh air and listening to live music. 'Thinking and feeling is what the senses enable. And it gives you that feeling of wholeness and happiness.'

Preparing for Awaken has been a whole team effort. ‘It’s an absolute honour to be surrounded by so many diverse incredibly inspiring and skilled people,’ Charles said.

Awaken will be Australia’s first Hot Springs wellness gathering. The fusion of yoga, art, education and sound is set to attract visitors from far and wide. For more information and to book tickets, click here.
